You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are immutable and cannot be altered or reversed once executed.

You must comply with all RME security protocols to prevent unauthorized access and fraudulent activities.

4. Smart Contracts & Transactions

RME facilitates real estate transactions via smart contracts. Users understand and accept the following:

Smart contracts execute automatically once predefined conditions are met, eliminating the need for intermediaries.

RME is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect or misleading user-inputted data.

Transaction fees, including gas fees, may apply and are non-refundable, regardless of the transaction outcome.

Users must verify contract details before execution, as blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.

Any disputes related to transactions must be resolved directly between the involved parties, with RME acting solely as a technological facilitator.
