RME facilitates real estate transactions via smart contracts. Users understand and accept the following:
Smart contracts execute automatically once predefined conditions are met, eliminating the need for intermediaries.
RME is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect or misleading user-inputted data.
Transaction fees, including gas fees, may apply and are non-refundable, regardless of the transaction outcome.
Users must verify contract details before execution, as blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.
Any disputes related to transactions must be resolved directly between the involved parties, with RME acting solely as a technological facilitator.
Users agree not to:
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities that could harm the integrity of the platform.
Use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activities.
Attempt to manipulate, alter, or tamper with the blockchain network or data records.
Violate intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of third-party content.
Exploit system vulnerabilities or engage in hacking, phishing, or other cyber threats.
Engage in any actions that may cause harm or reputational damage to RME or its users.
RME is not liable for:
Financial losses resulting from investment decisions made by users.
Losses due to blockchain malfunctions, network congestion, hacking, or user negligence.
Errors, misrepresentations, or inaccuracies in property-related data uploaded by users.
Any technical disruptions or downtime affecting platform availability.
Unauthorized access to user accounts due to weak credentials or improper security practices.
Loss of funds due to reliance on third-party service providers integrated with RME.
RME reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Any funds or assets held in smart contracts will remain subject to blockchain policies. Users who repeatedly violate platform policies may be permanently banned from using RME services.
